As I wrote here, I have been a vegetarian for years.
Then at some point, in a very short time, I went through very rapid, crucial spiritual shifts that led me to much more profound meditation practices.
I spontaneously started avoiding cheese and eggs and eventually stopped eating them and went completely vegan.
As soon as I entered a higher vibrational state, it came very naturally for me to choose plant-based foods.
My meditation practices had deepened so much, and I could feel my energy field getting subtle and pure.
The only thing I wanted was to merge with nature, with the Universe, feel and absorb the grass, the trees, the breeze, and their vibrations. Tuning in with the Universe’s vibrations had become vital to me, and the more I tuned in, the deeper my meditations became, and the more I wanted to tune in!
My enhanced sensitivity towards other life forms is, of course, part of the tuning-in process, but it has to be seen in the big picture.
I had entered a beautiful dance of life and universal love and I felt that eating plant-based foods supported me in my spiritual growth.
I could reach deeper meditative states, practice complex pranayama effortlessly, listen to my intuitions more closely. I felt like my cellular structure was changing, becoming more subtle. Eating plants came naturally to me.
Plant-based foods are right for me, and I don’t blame those who are not vegan or vegetarian. It’s a very personal choice that has to come from within.
Eating plant-based food is not at all a deprivation! Instead, it’s a continuous, surprising discovery of new ingredients and recipes and new foods that my body loves!
It’s a way of eating which privileges whole, unprocessed and deeply nourishing foods, it makes me feel closer to Mother Nature, and nourishes both my physical and subtle body.
I absolutely adore eating so you can trust me: my days are full of delicious, fresh, colorful dishes, including chocolatey treats and other yummy comfort foods.
